This is where your vision starts to take shape. You’ll work with our recommended designer (or a designer of your choice) to select key elements—cabinets, flooring, countertops, and more. Together, we will review all the details before construction begins.

4. Structure & Build: From Framing to Finishing

Once the foundation is laid, your home starts to take form. From framing and roofing to drywall and painting, we meticulously craft each phase, keeping you updated along the way.

5. Home Completion & Final Walkthrough

Before you receive the keys, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our quality standards and your expectations. This is your opportunity to see the finishing touches come together and make sure everything is just right.

6. Post Move-In Service & Warranty Walkthroughs

Our commitment doesn’t end when you move in. We’ll check in after 90 days to ensure everything is settling perfectly and return for a one-year walkthrough to address any final adjustments, giving you peace of mind in your new home.
